To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三哥一直都係我米線嘅首選。湯底夠多款，清湯，麻辣，煳辣，酸辣。另外又貪佢一個人易攞到位坐，又唔怕人有奇異嘅眼光。我覺得食三哥一定要食辣嘅湯底！三小辣我覺得喺最適中嘅，如果叫再辣就會搶走晒啲味覺，食咩使用都係同一隻味，唔夠辣又唔過癮喎。食開麻辣嘅我新試煳辣。叫左2餸，我嘅例牌，雞肉墨丸。個湯底好香，睇色都覺得濃呀。唔同麻辣，冇咁多油浮面。雞肉都一直咁好食，份量多，入味。我中意墨丸有一粒粒咬到嘅墨魚喺入面。米線彈牙，控制得幾好。下次睇心情多個湯底選擇了。
