今日係公眾假期,東薈城內人流不斷,食肆佈滿等候入座人群,因不想等太耐,決定用THE GULU 搵食,見味千拉麵🍜不用等太久就去用apps 排隊。蒜片牛肉粒(HKD 43): 用鐵板上菜,熱辣辣,蒜片非常香脆,牛脂牛油香逼曬出黎🧈,肉粒夠牛肉味,附送芥未豉油,好惹味。麻辣牛肉拉麵(HKD 65): 新品試吓,麻吾夠麻,只係小辣程度,湯底好油膩。牛肉粒份量足,可惜肥膏多,感覺上太油膩就放棄食了。拉麵軟硬程度適中,湯底吾夠濃,一般。日式手造餃子🥟(HKD 28): 是白菜🥬豬肉餃子🥟,一客有五隻,食落肉汁飽滿,熱辣辣,有白菜餡增加口感,減低油膩感。豚肉拉麵(HKD 58): 湯底好騷,一陣豬肉騷味,吾好食,豚肉又薄又鞋口,真心麻麻。總結:拉麵🍜質素不過不失 價錢相宜
