To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午飯時間得一個鐘，次次又要諗食咩，又要估下邊度無咁多人可以有位坐，好彩今次得我自己一個，所以決定食快餐，食完仲可以有時間去買d 嘢。星光行店之前裝修，重新裝修後我一直都未有幫襯過，裝修後座位多左，而餐牌都變成電子屏幕，又清楚又時尚，最後買左板燒雞扒滷香肉燥飯，碗飯肉燥整得幾香，少少咸用來配白飯，特別好食，另外有半隻滷水蛋，不過就滷水未夠入味，輪到主角雞扒就肉厚，又有煎香過，食落都仍然嫩滑，但不過得一細塊，就好似感覺少左d，雖然成碗飯係夠飽，都係覺得有差左少少的感覺，可能快餐就係咁。
