To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天公司開會，轉戰富豪香港。中午公司包自助餐，所以可以第一次在這酒店用膳。冷盤有三款：熟蝦、翡翠螺及青口。螺鮮味欠奉，蝦的size比較細，但鮮味還是欠缺。熱盤炒飯有驚喜，爽口及有飯香。另外兩盤都係菜，相當節儉。而魚生方面tuna, 三文魚，如果有帶子就好啦。魚生方面，解凍可以，三文魚魚味及肉質彈牙有鮮味，免費午餐還可以接受。但同事吃過一塊火腿，有變味的情況。甜品方面，都係不過不失，雪糕我吃咗焦糖燉蛋味，但似奶茶味多啲。
