今次試食吉豚屋的吉列豬柳鮮蝦味噌鍋烏冬。烏冬浸在濃鬱的味噌湯內，濃鬱的味噌掛著軟硬適中的烏冬味道可口，可是味噌過強掩蓋鍋中豆腐、蝦、芽菜及其他蔬菜原有的味道令湯底缺乏鮮甜。而吉豬沒有油膩的口感、外脆内軟卻少了肉汁。
