To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 表妹請食飯, 一夥人就去鯉魚門食海鮮! 表妹買的是團購券, 原價500元, 團購價200元, 又看看 有啲咩食...黃金焗海生蝦用中蝦製作, 沒有蝦味只有鹹蛋黃味。 蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝有很多蒜蓉及粉絲, 元貝只係一元硬幣的大小, 仲要開邊攤大, 放上一隻翻用的元貝殼上面。 酥炸生蠔的炸粉很厚。 豆腐木瓜海鮮湯夠熱, 只係海鮮味欠奉。 清蒸石斑都有一斤 大小, 蒸得啱啱好。 芝士龍蝦大約有五件半隻的波士頓龍蝦,用 cheddar cheese 十分重未及野味! 薑蔥炒蟹 只得一隻大約14両至一斤重的蟹。 魚湯菜心冇乜特別, 揚州炒飯很大碟, 有很多叉燒及蝦。 甜品有果盤及 桂花椰汁糕。每位200元, ok啦! 話曬都係海鮮餐!
