To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六的中環比平日更人少，所以午餐時間去吃拉麵都不用排隊等位了📍位置：近香港站 C 出口站，在石板街上的小巷，自家麵旁邊。🏠環境：紅色的招牌橫額，室內空間不大，以深啡色的木系為設計，設有吧台和木枱，裝潢如同一般的拉麵店。🤵🏻服務：人手點單，不收加一。🍽️午市：提供五款拉麵，多項配料和麵底可自選，並可加錢配不同小食。豚王 $92自選野菜和腩肉，份量剛好，湯底沒有熊拉麵那麼好喝，哇淺啡色，味道算濃郁，幾片腩肉薄切而白灼，肥而不膩，麵身是扁平，掛湯不錯。吃過中環不同的拉麵店，這間質素普通。
