We tried Daruma around 1 month ago, we have finally finished trying all the ramen shops in the Tai hang area. While Daruma is not a disaster, it just is relatively the weakest food in that area. I would only go again if I dont want to queue in the other shops and desperate to have a ramen.atmosphere & service: this is probably the only +ve thing. you dont have to queue here. the seating is quite spacious. the staff have good attitude.soup: very flat, maybe 5 out of 10. not very special.ingredien

ingredients: noodle, meat wasn't very tasty. just normal.
price: slightly more expensive than other shops in taihang (its on main street).
