To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前喺會展做完野，行去灣仔站途中食過一間叫做軒尼詩冰廳，佢啲小菜幾好味，於是今日又走去試下佢嘅午餐，睇下質素如何。一去到就咁啱有位，唔使等就入得，侍應安排我地坐喺一張四人枱，中間有隔板間住，咁就可以坐到兩枱客而又唔會有搭枱嘅感覺了！先講環境，典型茶記格局，唔會有多餘空間，因為有嘅話已經俾店員用埋嚟做生意。午飯時間人滿為患，室內談話、喧鬧聲此起彼落，同朋友同事食飯你預左要大大聲咁講野，否則就會俾人cum哂你啲聲架喇！食物方面，筆者嗌左佢當日喺電視機投影出嚟嘅午餐精選之一：黑椒汁薄牛扒漢堡扒飯($58)，配熱好立克一杯，味道唔錯，就係份量少左啲，比正常份量略少，所以性價比嚟講唔算高。服務方面，侍應們個個都係後生仔，做事靈活爽手，典型荼記面貌。總括嚟講，不過不失嘅一間茶記水平。
