六個人專誠過來青山灣食晚飯。選擇在對面「上記」買海鮮。五百多元,便有以下海鮮。七點多鐘,還好,有枱,晏少少便要等咯!豉椒炒蟶子,味道好,但唔夠鑊氣。 鹽水浸小蛤蜊,如果加點酒會更好。喜歡他加了粉絲,蛤蜊湯粉絲,正!上湯龍蝦,好差。本身有斤半重,煮出來,好像不見了頭部份。上湯調味很咸。見隔離枱用芝士乾焗龍蝦,好似好正。豉汁蒸帶子,加工費@$9。豉汁味濃,蒸過火了,韌晒。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,粉絲仍有彈性,蔥及完茜切碎,令整體味道更均勻。乳鴿$48隻。大家說麻麻。星洲炒米,$78米粉好硬,下太多咖哩粉。好難食。甜品有桂花紅豆糕。桂花味很強烈,紅豆多又大粒,被紅豆作了主角,吃過後很飽!我覺得這裡的加工費收費貴,又不是味味都做得好。好吃與否,主要關乎海鮮本身質素。如果行入少少的興記,加工平d,而且味道都ok,只是坐得不太舒適啫!不過最終我覺得鯉魚門吃海鮮,是最好吃的啊!
