To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日去石硤尾嘅手作市集，2點幾搵咗野食醫飽肚先行市集，上次已經試咗附近嘅車仔麵，今次見到有間好多人嘅茶餐廳，諗住唔會差得去邊，入去試試佢嘅下午茶餐，叫咗一個星洲炒米，一個雞脾併薯條。先黎個雞脾併薯條，薯條同雞脾都係熱辣辣，薯條即炸夠脆唔燶，不過雞脾就有點鞋。星洲炒米上枱亦係熱辣辣，係即炒嘅但唔算好油膩，不過份量唔太大碟，女士剛剛好，男士就應該唔夠飽，都有一般星洲炒米嘅味道但美中不足嘅係啲料只得少少火腿絲。以$31(凍飲加$3)黎講算係咁
