To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小編好少去茶記食常餐，因為多數都好大份，食唔哂又唔想夾硬食，所以比較少食。華星非常出名，小編搵一日留肚去試下佢嘅常餐。呢間舖比較隔涉，唔近地鐵站，要特登行過黎，同埋喺巷仔，要搵一搵先得。過左繁忙時間黎到都要排一陣隊。入到去被安排到貼牆嘅位，好窄同好迫，坐得唔係太舒服。叫左個常餐食，果然係好大份，真係食到捧住個肚。可能小編真係比較少食茶記常餐，冇乜得比較。呢度個蛋比較出名，係唔錯嘅。不過其他野食都冇咩特別，個人覺得未到話要特登黎排隊食。如果經過想食個lunch或者下午茶都ok嘅。
