To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

壽司癮又犯🍣黃大仙呢間元気壽司唔使排隊一入去就有位坐，用QR code落單，有埋Wi-Fi可以免費連接，十分之方便👍🏻1️⃣日式海鮮茶碗蒸茶碗蒸蒸得好滑，非常熱辣辣，入面嘅海鮮不算多，算得上海鮮嘅就係個帆立貝，但我比較鍾意食蛋多啲，所以呢碗茶碗蒸都幾啱我😂👍🏻2️⃣三文魚冇其他舖咁新鮮同埋感覺係比較薄嘅一塊3️⃣軟殼蟹手卷軟殼蟹炸得好香脆，配上紫菜味道好香米飯嘅份量都啱啱好，唔會食得太滯4️⃣麻糬今川燒麻糬煙靭，入面嘅餡係類似奶皇包入面嘅醬甜甜地配埋麻糬嘅口感，味道都不錯
