週四晚約了一班食友到尖沙咀用膳,選擇了一間泰菜館「泰燒遙」。餐廳地方不算很大,但座處擺位都算整潔舒適。餐廳最搶眼的位置擺放了各式燒烤美食,海鮮肉食琳羅滿目,令人涶涎三尺。可恨的是早到點菜的食友怕熱氣上火,竟沒點上任何燒烤美饌,那怕只有一款兩味過過口癮也好吧... 話說回來,整晚亦嚐過不少美食佳品,都算不枉此行。泰式手撕雞沙律:清新酸辣口味,雞絲白滑,比預期甜美肉嫩。 泰式生蝦刺身:以小巧 shooter 玻璃杯連泰式青檸辣汁盛載,賣相討好。生蝦刺身味鮮彈牙,質感乾身,少了一份日式蝦刺身的黏口感覺。配上的青檸辣汁淺嚐惹味,多蘸的話辣度會倍增而出,十分滋味。 小食拼盤:拼盤內有蝦春卷、蝦餅、串燒雞及燒豬頸肉。春卷皮雖稍實,但蝦肉質佳可口。蝦餅香脆彈牙,是眾多小食中至愛。串燒雞最怕燒得乾鞋,此菜式的雞肉仍保一定嫩感已是有交待。豬頸肉肉質比預期實身,彈性稍欠一點。隨小食拼盤配上一色四味的醬汁,選擇多元化,翻看餐牌,更發現另有十多款醬汁選擇,各適其適,風味變化豐富。 香辣肉碎生菜包:生菜包往往是辛辣度十足的食品,但結果竟然不及生蝦刺身刺激!其實這也不錯,少一份心理負擔,多一份興緻細意品嚐肉碎香料
