Restaurant: King Ludwig Beerhall (Fashion Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 因小弟是三月份之壽星仔,幾位好友幫我慶祝生日。今次選了銅鑼灣King Lugwig Beerhall吃德國菜。(其實之前在尖東已經吃過一次,感覺氣氛不錯。)銅鑼灣店的場地比尖東分店細了一點,但是裝修不錯很有德國風味。一開始當然點了一round德國麥啤先啦,啖啖的麥香沒有半點苦澀味。接著當然是麵包藍,賣相不錯,擺放非常立體感;拍照一流。還附上芝士醬和鵝肝醬兩種!為了平衡過多肉類,特意點叫芒果脆蝦沙拉;份量都可以,只是芒果肉就得三四粒呢!不過蝦肉炸得剛剛好,而且蔬菜均勻地攪拌了橄欖油和少許黑醋味道!很有日式做法,可以看出廚師心思。到主角出場,當然是烤德國豬手啦,圓碌碌的豬手伴著酸椰菜非常有霸氣!個人喜歡吃豬手皮,脆卜卜感覺,waitress姐姐善意還幫我們支解豬手呢。接著上枱就是「是日精選」,好似叫什麼燒牛扒之類。看起來感覺很Raw,有點嚇人!如沒估錯其實廚師做法應該是將一大整塊肉直接放進巨型烤箱慢燒;完成後一片片切下來。所以只有外環烤熟,裡面仍呈現嫩嫩粉紅色;讓客人直接品賞牛肉原始口感。我們一群食肉獸當然沒有被嚇倒,還大口大口吃呢。正!(還記得上個月和三位女仕在澳洲餐廳Outback吃這

。我們一群食肉獸當然沒有被嚇倒,還大口大口吃呢。正!(還記得上個月和三位女仕在澳洲餐廳Outback吃這種燒牛肉,上枱時嚇得三位女子花容失色;不敢進食,最後還要求廚師再煎熟些才敢吃啊!哈哈哈)跟著到香腸拼盤、海鮮蕃茄醬意粉、菠菜薯蓉和炸薯條等,水凖不錯;只是和豬手相比,變成配角而已!waitor哥哥見我們差不多喝完,立刻介紹另一種徳國黑啤,話口感很滑不會太苦等;對於嗜酒的Keith哥立馬説:好呀!再來一round。其實小弟不太愛喝黑啤,尤其剛吃完重口味帶甜食物,然後再喝;感覺味道變酸和苦澀。九點後,還有菲律賓女歌手唱Live band氣氛不錯;只可惜場地是長方型「日」字型間隔,中間還有半愊牆壁;Live band在最左一端;而我們則坐最右一端,感受不到其震撼力,也看不清楚。個人估計應該是餐廳主人是租用兩個舖位,但因結構問題又不能完全將兩舖打通,造成日字型間隔吧!老實說和另一間德國餐廳Berliner German Bar相比,論食物質數 King Lugwig 較好一點,論服務感覺兩者差不多;不過論環境和氣氛 King Lugwig 就比較出色。當然價錢也相對地貴吧!因老友們幫小弟慶祝生日,特意叫了女歌手下台歌Birthday Song助慶,有此兄弟們夫復何求呢。
