今日去咗銅鑼灣登龍街搵食,見到一間叫Steak Bar 有石燒牛同其他午市定食選擇都幾吸引,所以就一於試下。吉列炸牛扒定食 $188吉列外皮就係預先炸過,但入面牛扒都仲比較生,所以有個石燒爐比你自己燒,想要幾成熟自己控制。個人覺得燒至5-7成口感最嫩最好食。同埋有芝麻,紫菜嘅飯一齊食係特別惹味😋呢個定食除咗主食炸牛扒同飯之外,仲有我鍾意食嘅醃蘿蔔,沙律菜都幾好食。整體嚟講唔錯。頂級板腱牛扒定食 $195呢個係限量嘅,店員都會建議熟度5成會比較好,我平時都係成開5成熟,所以啱晒。板腱牛扒肉質粉嫩唔韌,肉味香濃。份量都多大,好似食極都仲有嘅感覺😍豆芽海蜇漬 $12有海蜇、豆芽、蘿蔔絲全部食落都好爽口。小食除咗豆芽海蜇漬之外,仲有蜜糖蒜香雞翼、和風紫菜薯條、雞軟骨餃子可選擇。
