今日收咗工之後黎呢到食野,一個樓層,有齊三間唔同特色嘅餐廳,分別係Thaiology, Mini Friday同日本野;我就揀左日式。第一個餐,我叫咗個石燒牛,食左個牛小排。餐廳上菜嘅速度非常之快,店員好快就已經準備好個爐同埋肉,而且賣相都不俗。在爐上塗上一層薄油,牛肉在爐上面慢慢燒,我鐘意略生,所以大概燒10秒左右,油脂豐富,牛肉帶筋,配上三款不同調味,分別是蜜糖芥茉醬、蒜蓉、鹽,按自己喜好選擇,我卻偏好鹽。牛味會保留得更完整。之後我就叫咗一個蕃茄龍蝦壽喜燒,龍蝦有半隻,餐廳好貼心,準備埋鐵鉗,這一個壽喜燒裏面還有菜、墨魚🦑,湯底有濃郁蕃茄味,頗為濃味。飲品最後叫咗一杯凍朱古力,套餐價加$12,可以自由選擇甜度同冰量,安排貼心。
