To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美心food2算是九龍灣德福裏較為平民價的食肆，晚餐座位較多，這次點了板上燒的黑淑芝味燒雞肉板上燒，以＄49吃到鐵板飯，十分值得。等待大約10分鐘，可以取餐了，鐵板還熱騰騰的，發出「滋滋」的聲音，回到座位，淋上醬汁，聲音更大了，趕快把飯、雞肉、栗米粒一起撈得均均勻勻，一會兒，鐵板終於開始慢慢靜下來了，可以慢慢品嚐了。鐵板燒過的味道還是很香口，雞肉很滑，而且雞肉亦不少，但芝士就很少，沒有甚麼味道，但這個價錢可以吃到鐵板燒，已經不錯了。
