To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開心星期五都會帶屋企人出街食,因為唔想媽咪成日煮飯咁辛苦呀。今次就帶佢地去食海鮮啦,因為爸媽真係好中意食今次去富臨仲可以食埋我最中意既即整燒鵝添燒鵝皮脆唔在講,我中意佢既肥瘦均等,而且D 肉仲好肥美。香噴噴熱辣辣上抬。好正呀清蒸龍躉件我其實平時唔中意係出面食魚,我怕食到D 唔新鮮既味道同埋好怕多骨呢碟就合我心意喇,無骨之餘食到鮮味,唔再怕怕芝士開邊焗龍蝦龍蝦整得好食只要佢夠新鮮,加埋芝士再配汁,就已經非常好味喇白灼生蝦夠晒新鮮,唔會食到有霉既味道豉椒炒肥蜆哈哈,D 豉汁好好味,我最中意就係咁煮法架喇蒜蓉炒時菜最後要炒返個菜先,d 菜都好鮮嫩呀。迷你珍珠雞好少珍珠雞係用紅米,佢呢度整得幾好食呀入面有肉粒,米既軟硬度剛剛好呀。I LIKE IT
