To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直覺得元氣是同價位的壽司店中最好吃，食物質素最符合其價錢。而且分店遍怖全香港，所以如果我們想不到吃什麼。就會找找附近有沒有元氣。這裡的三文魚色澤鮮美，而且厚度適中，我們每次來都要叫兩碟以上。吉列豬扒手卷這個好特別，因為不是什麼地方都有，豬扒少許脆湯烏冬這個烏冬是日本的貴烏冬，有少許方形，喜歡它的texture，軟軟的栗米壽司粟米很甜，一貫水準😜叫既原因係想食菜蟹柳沙律這個份量剛好，因為只有我一個人吃，而且材料很足！每一口都有蟹柳絲和蟹籽！千層蛋糕鄰座說很好吃，拿了兩個。我見也拿了一個，可以不是我喜歡吃那種，我喜歡吃那種cream是軟軟滑滑的千層蛋糕，可是這個卻好像雪得太凍，有點硬
