To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 東坡醬汁肉方 3.5⭐️
唔好比個名呃咗,係東坡醬汁,唔係東坡肉呀,一上枱,個樣黑蚊蚊,已經大打折扣,但都要食架。一口咬落去,成半舊都係肥膏,已經覺得麻麻地,之後食埋個半舊,都仲有小小瘦肉,好彩舊肥豬肉肥得嚟都有六四比例⋯⋯突然想起,乜我唔係食緊素菜咩,咁嗰舊係咩嚟架,想知,自己去試下啦。

飄香南瓜盅⭐️⭐️⭐️
這個餸冇乜特別,個南瓜算炆得幾淋,可以做到南瓜溶效果。

紅草莓香味骨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
這個餸係全晚最好味餸菜,所以放最後。這個餸賣相,同街外咕嚕肉賣相差不多,係個汁由橙色變咗紅色,草莓汁嘛。食落口,個感覺同一舊真正咕嚕肉冇咩分別,不單止做到肉質效果,仲要冇咁油,非常健康。咁究竟係咩呢,貼士就係一種「菇」,去食下咪知係咩「菇」囉。

最後,想同大家講,其實除咗「紅草莓香味骨」知道係咩素菜之外,其他因爲好食,已經忘記了去深究,所以介紹餸菜時,冇提及用料,敬請見諒😅😅😅😅
