同太太每一日都周圍捐窿捐罅去搵嘢食~今次太太請客我就揀咗日本菜就揀咗灣仔嘅"櫻木"食Omakase。食Omakase嘅精髓係唔知會有咩食,師傅就用嗰日最新鮮嘅食材去招呼客人!所以真係要揀間好啲!入到去樓底都幾高裝修都唔錯!終於上枱啦…小茄子上面加咗木魚花碎清清地做第一道菜係師父嘅安排好似想叫我嘅味蕾作出準備,而隔離嘅芥末雜菜鮮蝦沙律味道酸酸辣辣就係好似要叫醒我個胃一樣飲一啖茶之後上第二道菜"刺身" 最左手邊係野生嘅油甘魚接近腩部嘅位置所以唔會覺得太肥 中間係北海道嘅牡丹蝦食落去個質感比較黏口非常鮮甜 最右手邊嗰個就係吞拿魚佢用咗酸汁加埋洋蔥絲夾埋一齊整,坦白我唔太喜歡食酸嘢但呢個做得唔錯!呢個冬菇鵝肝天婦羅, 冬菇唔會炸得太濕或者太乾身炸粉亦都非常之薄加埋鵝肝一齊食個感覺又脆口又爽口咬到入面好似綿花咁成個組合好香~吞拿魚腩加手磨芥辣加紫蘇葉再加埋紫菜卷埋一咬。清脆完全冇根位,食落感覺唔肥但成個口都係好濃嘅魚油香三文魚軟骨加三文魚子,三文魚骨用醋嚟醃對我嚟講係超級酸!但唔知係咪醃法嘅關係咬落去有少少煙韌嘅感覺好特別, 三文魚子就真係好新鮮香港大部分嘅日本料理都未必可以入到咁新鮮嘅貨,夾起

三文魚軟骨加三文魚子,三文魚骨用醋嚟醃對我嚟講係超級酸!但唔知係咪醃法嘅關係咬落去有少少煙韌嘅感覺好特別, 三文魚子就真係好新鮮香港大部分嘅日本料理都未必可以入到咁新鮮嘅貨,夾起跌落枱嘅時候好似彈珠咁!入口甜香

壽司方面師傅用每件都好新鮮鮮味不過一定要提嘅就係海膽!我上次去二条都有食過但係呢板海膽竟然甜過日本即開嗰啲~

最後奉上甜品一個香滑芝麻雪糕! 睇落成個餐又唔係好多嘢食,但食埋最後嘅雪糕又真係啱啱好飽肚!
