To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經不記得有多久, 沒有好好的吃一頓飯了。前段日子, 都是行屍走肉, 沒有靈魂。最近才慢慢放鬆了心情。說到放鬆, 又怎能不約我的好契媽出來聚一聚呢!? 因為知道牛角的Lunch set 好抵, 所以就拉了契媽陪我吃我想吃的!因為是平日的下午, 等了五分鐘左右就有位子了。快快手就揀好了我們的午餐。C. 雞胸肉 + 豚肉 HKD 62.00 再加 HKD 21.00 轉香蔥溫泉玉子飯我都在戒食牛, 盡可能都不吃牛了。(雖然有幾次偷吃...)其實說真的, 食燒肉不吃燒牛, 真的很浪費。豚肉真的沒牛肉好吃, 豚肉的肉質烤過後, 比較韌。如果是韓燒, 加個生菜會更好吃, 現在沒有生菜, 單吃就少了個風味。反而我更喜歡雞肉, 因為雞肉很嫩, 好吃。一定要說的是, 加了21蚊都要食的飯! 還是無料追加! 可以再添! 相信很多人都食過而又好喜歡。紫菜加玉子拌起來吃, 有說不出口的夾!這個好滋味一直都是我對他鍾愛有加的原因。烤肉飲凍奶茶, 牛角的奶茶比咖啡好飲。因為之前喝過, 覺得咖啡好酸, 所以改了奶茶。想不到有驚喜呢, 奶茶不錯!契媽的套餐, 看她津津有味地吃牛肉, 讓我連口水都要流出來了。

其實說真的, 食燒肉不吃燒牛, 真的很浪費。
