To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 11月14日, 本人搞左個Party, 因為就近, 行幾步路就得, 西環大家樂的到會, 方便至極.由上星期親自到訪落單至今日取貨, 分店經理哥非常細心幫忙, 我問15人左右需要多少份量. 自己有idea之餘亦幫我想好, 大概需要什麼份量.到來取貨日, 先報個到, Party餐盒,餐具完全不用再煩憂. 一個大箱, Pack好哂, 方便大家攜帶到對面電車廠. 回想起落單之日, 亦有其他客在攞Party food, 看得見因位置有利, 而令到此分店, 工多藝熟.打開所有錫紙盤, 炸點, 三文治. 雞翼, 大家先吃乾食小點, 小春卷, 咖喱角, 咱們開車即食, 皮仍脆, 加上一個像Salad cream的汁, 脆口小食, 加一點紅白酒, 是可口的一個starter.另外濕食正餐. 兩大盤, 一粉一飯, 全意式......不過, 最好留待子凌執筆吧. 而且我沒有拍照.
