去日本成日都會食燒海鮮,但係香港呢就好少食啦。上網搵過呢一間 評級都幾好,於是就同老婆黎試下。汁煮燒喜之次, 第一次食用汁煮嘅喜之次, 雖然喜之次個樣就比較核突,但係真係好好味㗎 ,煮完出嚟啲肉仲係好彈牙好有魚味 而個醬汁亦都唔會搶走魚嘅鮮味。帆立貝, 佢用咗兩個方法呢燒,一個係用清酒,一個係牛油。清酒食落去就會清爽啲甜啲, 而牛油呢個味道濃郁啲,我個人就喜歡牛油多啲啦。黃貝, 爽甜彈牙,但對比起帆立貝, 由於帆立貝比較厚身,食落去啖啖肉,我個人覺得食帆立貝嘅口感會比較滿足啲。壽司8件, 有海膽,三文魚籽,油甘魚,赤身,牡丹蝦 同大帆立貝等等新鮮嘅壽司, 淨係望個樣就知好味啦。甜品我叫咗椰子雪糕,椰子雪糕椰子味好出而且唔會太甜,一直食落去都唔會有利嘅感覺, 亦都唔會話食到後面椰子味越嚟越淡 係一個可以keep 住食到尾嘅雪糕。最後我想講見到佢做緊個promo係98蚊任飲清酒,我問過個侍應佢話係日至四先會早,有五款清酒可以任揀,但我嗰日就冇試啦,呢個offer都幾吸引,下次嚟嘅話我都會試下。

帆立貝, 佢用咗兩個方法呢燒,一個係用清酒,一個係牛油。清酒食落去就會清爽啲甜啲, 而牛油呢個味道濃郁啲,我個人就喜歡牛油多啲啦。

黃貝, 爽甜彈牙,但對比起帆立貝, 由於帆立貝比較厚身,食落去啖啖肉,我個人覺得食帆立貝嘅口感會比較滿足啲。
