To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於最近屋企的Delifrance 就係機場，每逢周日都去食早餐，平時有時做完運動之後食午餐，雖然係很普遍的食物，保持到質素的歺廳。今次主要係感受到佢哋嘅team work 精神，見到佢哋互相幫助，大家同心協力去工作，不會計較，很是感動和開心嘅歺廳😊, 很舒服和諧。員工工作效率高、解決問題完滿，對待客人有愛心💕，我的家人也有同感。佢哋無分彼此嘅工作，只要令客人感到滿意。
