Porterhouse係由牛柳同西冷兩部份組成,一次過可以食晒兩個唔同嘅部位🥩餐廳採用美國U.S.D.A PRIME級別嘅大里脊牛扒,並以餐廳自家Aging Box進行28日Dry Age🫡


成大塊1kg嘅牛扒上枱真係好誇張!🫨餐廳用燒熱既陶瓷碟放上牛扒,上枱嗰陣會傾斜碟邊,聽住牛油一直嗞嗞作響好治癒( ⌯᷄ ·̫ ⌯᷅ก )店員幫我哋將牛扒上碟,再喺牛扒淋上滾熱既牛油,外層煎得十分香脆,而牛扒中間色澤粉嫩,雖然厚切但肉質 非 常 柔 軟!😭肉質豐富得嚟油香十足,咀嚼間仲會食到淡淡嘅藍芝士味,絕對係Dry-Aged嘅威力😭❤️個人更加鍾意牛柳嘅部分,肉質更加軟腍同重肉味🙌🏻
