心目中首屈一指的Pizza Maru早前再下一城進軍元朗,成為全港首間寵物友善韓國餐廳,更破天荒推出寵物美容及SPA服務,主人與寵物皆自得其樂。手工泡菜芝士波 ($118) 比想像中更加巨大,內餡以車打芝士、泡菜、意大利飯、洋蔥、蒜頭、甘筍等配料混合而成。整體芝士味較弱並以泡菜酸辣為主,外脆內軟再蘸上泡菜蛋黃醬相當匹配。韓式海陸 ($193) 用上經典薄餅餅底,厚薄適中而質感近似麵包,舖上牧場醬而面層加上酸忌廉醬酸甜清爽,配以蝦仁、韓式烤肉、香辣薯角、Mozzarella、蘑菇、紫洋蔥、歐芹、青椒等材料簡單而豐富。由於蝦仁及薯角均帶辣味,再灑上辣椒碎令整體多一份辛香刺激,不過相比之下個人依然對芝加哥薄餅情有獨鍾。蜂蜜蒜泥炸雞 ($123) 雖然舖上蜂蜜蒜泥醬但依然保持鬆脆,肉質嫩滑多汁。整體以蜂蜜甜味為主而蒜蓉辛辣感則後來居上,比蜂蜜牛油炸雞少一份甜膩。Lychee Cooler Ade ($48) 由荔枝果蓉及有汽檸檬水調配而成,荔枝味香甜突出但檸檬味則微不足道,甜度較高但依然清爽解渴。
