To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

<富山麵家> 銅鑼灣🔸彈性煙韌粗拉麵 🍜 🔸 辣味沾麵幾過癮 🌶️🌶️🌶️朋友講起肉桂狗 🐶 就諗起逢星期六、日都排晒長龍既<富山麵家>。我地醒目星期一過去就唔洗排隊 🤭 Kekekeke … 一入去就見到大大張poster 寫住東京拉麵五年冠軍，就睇下你有幾巴閉！👀特製雙拼蟹糕沾麵 ($98) ─ 沾麵醬揀左辣味噌湯(小辣)，佢個沾麵醬OK喎! 🌶️ 驚喜地無咸到腎衰竭，小辣其實都幾辣夠過癮。麵質有彈性得黎都幾煙UN係我鐘意既口感，配料都算多，最鐘意佢舊豬軟骨炆得好透徹，好似食緊啫喱咁 (動L!!! 動L!!!)冠軍黑醬油拉麵 ($85) — 朋友仔揀左個冠軍醬油拉麵，但好慘地比我拎左黎影相，凍左 😂😂😂 不過凍左都OK，變左做黑醬油冷麵都好食。而佢碗麵塊叉燒都幾厚，目測有0.5cm，我朋友(AKA黑洞小天后)食完無投訴，所以得到《夠飽認證》。我地仲叫左兩款小食，肉汁滿滿餃子趁熱食幾可口，串燒雞軟骨炸得幾脆、幾香口 😋 我見隔離枱個富山雞翼都好吸引 🤩 下次試下雞翼先！
