好耐之前有嚟過食飯一次,嗰陣佢地嘅燒牛丼風魔一時,但佢哋嘅刺身丼其實我一直都未試過。同友人 V 去開旺角,行過爆丼屋見到佢哋推出咗限定嘅丼飯新 menu, 一輪討論後決定去試吓 三重大極上丼 ($398)丼飯嘅 Size 同我印象中嘅差唔多,唔特別大碗,但堆到好似小山丘咁,令人賞心悅目~ 😀 呢個份量十足、身價不菲嘅丼飯由三種食材組成,一塊塊紋理均勻嘅拖羅薄片鋪面,海膽系最頂,仲有松葉蟹肉絲圍邊作點綴。海膽顏色深黃色初初都擔心會唔會唔新鮮。但入口係鮮味嘅,唔會腥唔會臭。拖羅雖然薄切,但魚脂味濃,很可以,如果可以再厚切多少少就好喇 😆 感覺同一兩年前比,宜家嘅 menu 飯嘅款式已經少咗,但我覺得係好事,集中哋質數反而更加有保證 見到另外有啲幾新奇嘅菜式 - 用蘋果櫻桃木煙燻嘅刺身。好奇心驅使下我哋都嗌咗嚟試下。上抬時玻璃蓋入面朦朧一片,打開蓋啲煙瞬間化成,效果非常夢幻。煙燻過嘅刺身食落多咗一層香氣,就算點住豉油都仲透到出黎。幾新鮮嘅嘗試,唔特別貴,個人覺得可以單嗌試下。佢地仲推出咗嗰煙燻丼添。 值得一提嘅係佢哋嘅麵豉湯非常足料,昆布、麵筋、煮得非常入味 😋 白桃汁係支裝嘅,抵飲過一般罐
