To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日諗唔到食咩、喺附近返工、大快活食嘢。門口見到佢有兩餸飯嘅推廣banner,以為外賣先可以食,點知原來係堂食都有嘅。佢係非常之抵食,兩餸都係$38 ,再加一杯嘢飲。今次叫咗魚香茄子同埋肉碎芝士腸煎蛋飯,原本以為佢上嘅方式會係好似兩餸飯咁一格一格咁擺,點知原來佢係一碗一碗,一個餸就配返一碗飯喺底,個味道其實就都係平時食開嘅魚香茄子嘅味道,不過佢係細碗一啲,分開兩餸飯就變相可以食到兩款,其實都幾唔錯嘅,最緊要價錢非常之抵
