To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

先旨聲明，係開飯第一次寫食評，因為依間實在令我不吐不快係附近開工，見剛開張，咪去試下，依間個鋪位以前好似叫文華老饕，唔知兩者有無關係？叫咗個午餐“涼瓜班腩”，四舊班腩，幾片涼瓜，炸過的班腩塊上淋啲汁算數，涼瓜好淋，賣相、味道同量都係一餸、兩餸飯水平，飯也如是，兩餸飯用果種最普通飯，加杯凍飲賣你62$.環境緊逼，每位之間距離好近無隔斷絕對絕對絕對唔會有下次。
