每人心目中都有些美食心水,像我為例,此餐廳幫襯過 N 咁多次,仍是會為一碗「五香柱侯牛腩河」感到歡喜,會特別搭地鐵入荃灣食。 「五香牛筋腩河粉」$68 做得是出乎意料地好,這食物看似簡單,卻有自己豐富的小宇宙。首先湯底可以分清湯腩、五香柱侯,台式等等;腩方面又有坑腩、崩砂腩或爽腩。 這碗屬於五香柱侯,牛腩份量多,而且塊頭大,在中間堆成小山丘。 用料足,也能看出食材本身靚,筋肉相連,肉質炆得軟熟入味,腱筋像啫喱,相信在炆的過程中加了冰糖,冰糖可以令牛腩煮得更入味。牛腩吸收了汁料精華,惹味系也。五香是比較濃味的味道,河粉可以吸收腩汁,當然是絕配。 其他點心,我特別喜歡「紅油抄手」$48,就是四川版的撈雲吞,這𥚃以甜味主導,辣就必然啦。 溫提,紅油抄手會偏油和帶辣,如果介意就不要點。 每碟有五至六隻雲吞,似水餃般大,長度拍得上食指。底層墊了烚過的銀芽,芽菜吸收辛辣醬油,喜歡刺激的朋友,食完雲吞後不妨用芽菜抹乾淨碟底的辣醬。 「蔬菜汁上素腸粉」$45 綠色腸粉皮因為加了菠菜汁做,裡面是粟米仔,菇菌粒及莞茜等,從內 Green 到外。 皮薄而滑是此腸粉成功的重要因素,皮雖然不及傳統廣州

綠色腸粉皮因為加了菠菜汁做,裡面是粟米仔,菇菌粒及莞茜等,從內 Green 到外。

皮薄而滑是此腸粉成功的重要因素,皮雖然不及傳統廣州古早味的布拉腸粉那種薄,質素已經算相當不錯。素食是大潮流,腸粉多數都是以蝦肉、牛肉作餡,或捲着油器做炸兩,這素腸粉是比較健康的選擇。

到現在我都覺得「點一龍」的點心不錯,創意和傳統的都有,好像「鮑魚酥」及「蝦餃龍蝦湯」等較貴的,賣相細緻,可以吃得比一般茶樓不一樣,加上有牛腩河這些比較大眾化選擇,豐儉由人最開心。
