Restaurant: Peek-A-Poke (希雲街)
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日約6點半去到位於銅鑼灣的Peek a poke, 幸運地坐到當時最後一台空桌，而不用等候就能入座😆之後都看到偶爾要等位的情況，可能基於餐廳環境十分狹窄，翻桌率也相對高，不過到接近8點時也有數張空桌了.▫️Salmon Poke bowl $98 (6/10)［日本醋飯、青蔥、紫洋蔥、車厘茄、鰹魚昆布醬油、紫菜絲、芝麻、木魚絲］.▫️Tuna Poke bowl $98 (6/10)［糙飯、沙律、枝豆仁、蟹子、雜錦香菇、山葵乳酪醬、 紫菜絲、果仁、芝麻、脆蒜片］.我們都是自選材料，但是整體味道普通；近期吃了數間Poke店而記憶猶新，有對比下更覺得不太合個人口味，尤其山葵乳酪醬的質地略稀，魚生感覺也不是十分新鮮，份量亦略少🙈但是作為增肌減脂都是不錯的選擇～如果鍾意我嘅𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 (˶ˊᵕˋ˵)希望你可以𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰我@fibee3b
