To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上環分店有兩間,分別在士丹利街和永吉街,兩家我都吃過,但就覺得這間較為好吃,而且位置充足,人流較少,疫情下更較安心。餐廳主要是出名小鍋米線或紅薯粉類,餃子和骨湯飯都很好吃,特別是餃子,餡料飽滿,調味適中,加醋吃可以減油膩感。但我大多是來享用酸菜牛腩飯,餐廳自家調味的酸菜咸度適中,酸味亦不搶喉,還有加入辣椒,酸甜中帶辣勁,特別惹味,配飯更加吃得出原味道和增加香濃感覺,牛腩入味,不會太多肥膏,亦至少有4-5塊,但稍為細件。配菜還有冬菇,菇味濃郁,令米飯增加香味。這個飯的醬汁特別惹味,而酸菜是主角,令整個飯生色不少。光是酸菜已足夠拌全個飯,下次會試酸菜雞翼飯,感覺更為美味。

但我大多是來享用酸菜牛腩飯,餐廳自家調味的酸菜咸度適中,酸味亦不搶喉,還有加入辣椒,酸甜中帶辣勁,特別惹味,配飯更加吃得出原味道和增加香濃感覺,牛腩入味,不會太多肥膏,亦至少有4-5塊,但稍為細件。配菜還有冬菇,菇味濃郁,令米飯增加香味。
