西環街坊平時唔知食咩行去西寶城就會諗起佢,野食夠大份價錢又親民所以都幾推薦! 燒雞泡魚乾:雞泡魚乾燒得剛剛好,唔會太乾身,味道香甜,令人一食上癮。黑松露燻蛋:燻蛋嘅口感嫩滑,黑松露嘅味道突出,但唔會搶走燻蛋嘅蛋味。黑松露牛拖羅卷:呢個拖羅卷本身口感都好豐富,而表面鋪咗經過火炙嘅牛肉,牛肉嘅口感好嫩,仲帶有炙燒嘅香味,同黑松露嘅味道好夾。鐵板蒜片牛柳粒:牛柳粒用鐵板上,有鐵板獨有嘅香味,仲配埋好多蒜片,可以夾埋蒜片一齊食,令牛柳多添一份蒜香味。極上牛小排壽喜鍋:呢度嘅牛小排係用上美國嘅安格斯級,肉味會較濃,食落無和牛咁油膩,配埋香甜嘅壽喜燒汁,可以更能突出牛肉嘅肉味,而入面仲有多款嘅配菜,吸收哂湯汁就更好味。吉列廣島蠔(3隻):廣島嘅蠔好大隻,隻隻都好肥美,用嚟做吉列蠔好啱,咬落去嗰下食到酥脆嘅口感,仲食到蠔本身嘅鮮甜味。蘸埋沙律醬可以中和一下吉列嘅油膩感。
