To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I went to lunch with colleagues and ordered a deep fried fish with rice, the experience was pretty bad, seems just ate the batter only , the percentage of fish only 10% , I hv made complaint to the boss and the re-make another one for me to take away, however it was the same, really disappointed! 今日同同事lunch, 叫左三味魚，典知9 成都係炸粉，有魚都是乾爭爭的，投訴了，再整一份也是一樣，中伏到呢！
