To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又一個工作天的早上,返工前緊係要黎到大家樂叉叉電先啦,今次叫左個銀針粉,銀針粉都非常爽口彈牙,又要好夾個湯底,每一啖用湯匙裝住湯加銀針粉放落口,個感覺好滿足。仲有雞扒,個外職雞皮煎得脆口甘香,而且加埋蒜汁好夾,最重要係塊雞扒既份量都OK夠大,以早餐黎講夠食唔會太飽(LUNCH黎計就份量較少)。其實佢仲有個麵包多士,都係普通既方包,但係唔好意思啦我食左唔記得影HAHA。最後餐飲本身想飲熱奶茶,畢竟大家樂既奶茶係香滑,但係因為我肚子問題,最後選擇左熱檸茶。
