To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳真係估佢唔到，睇佢門面係中式嘅裝修，再睇下佢個餐牌，原來係食西餐㗎！真係好特別，所以我就被吸引入咗去啦！—————炭燒美國有骨牛肋條—————等左好奈（差唔多45分鐘）先上菜，老闆一腳踢， 但都好有禮貌咁同我地講咗話要等耐啲！牛粒條比較銀左少少，但個汁都可以，同好大件丫！————黑松露野菌雜菜意大利飯————好重既cream味！食少少都肥！好彩係同朋友分享！————-焦糖朱古力榛子朱古力————無咩特別！兩杯冇咩分別！只有朱古力味！總結：裝修好特別，但環境暗左少少！係中式環境食西餐係有另一番風味既！
