星期六下午兩點入座,唔使等位。叫左$68牛肉片午餐,跟湯,油麥菜,蝦仁拼元貝,白飯。加左$5飲蜂蜜綠茶,最後加一$80。師傅炒野前會將一張錫紙擺係你前面既爐邊,啲野食炒完放上去,就一路keep住熱辣辣。牛肉片燒到咁上下,師傅就倒啲汁落去,個餐好似寫黑椒牛肉片,但食落有啲似沙嗲汁。油麥菜就用蒜黎炒香。蝦仁元貝反而係甜甜地,似蕃茄炒蝦既味道。本來以為係日式鐵板燒,但食落味道似中式小炒多啲。不過呢個價錢有咁多野食都幾抵。
