蕃茄薯仔粟米筒骨湯鍋湯料份量幾足,筒骨夠多,識食一定要食骨髓。蕃茄味略嫌淡味,個人鐘意更濃。呢到賣點係可以食到唔同牛部位較多。有牛黃喉,牛胸爽,特上牛肉,安格斯牛肉等等。前者真係第一次食,極之爽口。後者同其他火鍋店差不多。除咗牛,當然唔少得其他配料。有特長蟹柳,蟹子墨魚滑,青蔥鱈腐等等,各有特色。心急唔想滾,可以叫熟食。我就試咗和牛炒飯,用嘅係珍珠米同和牛,味道唔錯。刺身只需加38就可以任食,如果當爭鮮計,食返10幾舊就回本,而且味道都唔差。
