非常喜歡這石斑的處理手法⋆⸜ ⚘ ⸝⋆
經過蒸煮後放在絲滑的薯蓉內
令魚身保持濕潤 多汁又非常容易咬開
最特別的是放在薯蓉內的臘腸碎和八爪魚
臘腸竟然和石斑的味道非常match( ੭˙ᗜ˙)੭
臘腸鹹鮮的味道和石斑的海產味道加在一起
竟然有點像甲殼類海鮮的風味 非常有趣♪̊̈

放在頂端的炸魚皮也為整道菜加添了香脆的口感
而且魚身非常厚肉 加上滿滿的薯蓉
份量適合分享
最後再頂端加上的花椒油 香而不辣非常惹味𓆸⋆*
