來到德輔道中,走進一條小樓梯到達今晚嘅越式餐廳 - 鳴越。店內環境意外地寛闊,座位空間大。天氣咁熱,朋友二話不說點個清涼醒胃嘅撈檬。呢個撈檬有齊正宗檬粉必備嘅花生碎、炸乾蔥和蔥油等配料,唔好睇少呢啲配料呀,正正係佢地令成個檬粉食起來有多種層次。香煎豬扒、炸雞翼微燶,食落香口惹味,檬粉份量十足,加埋甜酸汁夠曬醒胃。越式粉麵之中最吸引我嘅唔係湯河,亦非撈檬,而係呢款以幼細米粉製成嘅濱海。一片片薄身網狀米粉,看上精緻,入口幼滑,以生菜包裹,配上豬頸肉,再蘸點越式甜酸汁,先夠完美。配菜香茅豬頸肉每一片都充滿油脂,口感爽脆,可惜豬頸肉溢出大量油份,令部份濱海變成油浸米粉。豬頸肉分開上就可以避免呢個問題啦。炸到金黃色的蔗蝦,一啖咬落,蝦肉十分彈牙爽口。食到中間滲出清甜蔗汁,好味呀。脆卜卜的蝦片,上面放著鬆軟的豬肉,加埋乾蔥和蔥油, 鬆、脆、鹹香一應俱全。記得趁熱食,放耐咗啲蝦片就淋晒架啦。
