To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環一日遊必食景點😬

最近中環最大盛事，莫過於中環街市開張。一向鍾意本土嘢嘅我，當然會毫不猶豫咁過去睇喇結果不負所望，真係幾多嘢睇喎，不過本人就覺得佢入面啲食肆唔係咁啱我食。正當我諗緊食咩好之際，突然醒起只係一街之隔，就有一間我上年幫襯過嘅bagel小店一於幫襯佢喇因為實在太肚餓，所以叫左佢哋最signature的煙燻牛肉三文治，再額外加左啲ham。另外當然要飲咖啡啦，咁至夠chill 嘛再嚟張closed up，超多肉，岩哂我呢個食肉獸雖然睇落好似好多肉，但因為有啲酸瓜蕃茄同埋火箭菜嘅中和，成件事食落去一啲都唔滯，反而係會令人越食越大啖（不過當然亦都唔排除因為我嗰日真係好肚餓）食完成個人都飽晒，好滿足臨走前仲外賣左一打凈包+2兜cream cheese，店主話啲凈包放入冰箱，可以keep一個月㗎由於我唔係成日都得閒過嚟中環，所以就一口氣買咗一打，得閒星期六日早餐就可以整返熱佢黎食，正！

食完成個人都飽晒，好滿足
臨走前仲外賣左一打凈包+2兜cream cheese，店主話啲凈包放入冰箱，可以keep一個月㗎
