好耐之前已經試過一次炊豕店(銅鑼灣分店),知道佢哋最近喺中環開咗新分店,上星期經過就去試咗。可能因為星期五lunch time比較多人,同埋鋪面唔算好大,所以都等咗30分鐘先有位。炊豕店最出名嘅就係秘製豬排,今次我就點咗秘製豬排飯配肉燥汁。等咗唔洗10分鐘就有得食,嚟到嘅時候仲係好熱嘅,睇得出豬扒真係啱啱炸起。佢哋啲豬扒真係炸得好好,外面炸得好脆,但入面唔會話好乾仲有好多肉汁我個人最鍾意個飯底係用日本珍珠米,好好味。唯一略嫌個飯嘅肉燥汁少咗啲,如果多返啲就好啦。我覺得銅鑼灣同中環分店嘅水準其實都一樣keep 到不過如果想食嘅話我都會建議預多少少時間排隊。
