To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同屋企人去中環晚飯，去咗呢間食開嘅餐廳。中環夜晚食飯嘅人唔多，唔使等位就入得。瑞士雞翼：次次黎都會叫，好入味，唔會煮得太爛，仲可以汁撈飯😂蝦仁炒蛋：值得一讚，啲蝦大大隻好彈牙，仲要挑咗蝦腸。蛋炒得好鬆軟，調味啱啱好。翠玉瓜炒蝦仁：啲蝦一樣咁彈牙，夾埋翠玉瓜同雲耳，調味唔係好重手，係健康之選。涼瓜炒牛肉：牛肉好腍，唔會煮得太耐，涼瓜唔算好苦，仲保持到爽口，仲意食涼瓜嘅朋友一定要叫。係中環食晚餐小菜，呢間餐廳食得過。
