To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到中環shopping，買到一袋二袋，加上天氣酷熱，真的要找個地方，吃點東西差差電，抖抖氣才有氣力継續買。路過中環皇后大道中，有一條不太起眼小巷，但卻被一幅塗鴉牆吸引著，原來裡面有一間小小的bagel店。店內只有一張長枱，可供六人坐，另外店外亦放有一張枱和幾張椅子。Avocado Salsa Bagel w/Drinks ($90)Bagel sandwich 有多種饀料選擇，我選了牛油果莎莎，內面除了牛油果外，還有蕃茄、生菜、莎莎醬和忌廉芝士醬，這個組合很清新亦很適合夏天，加埋一杯冰涷的清檸梳打，頓時暑氣全消。他們的bagel是本地手工製，無油，低糖，無防腐劑，加上他們會先將bagel烘熱，所以bagel外脆但仍保持bagel有點煙靭的特質。Bagel 除了原味外，亦有多種口味選擇，有chia seed, sesame, poppy seed, jalapeño 等！但那天我大概三時去到，有些味道的bagel 已售罄！

Bagel sandwich 有多種饀料選擇，我選了牛油果莎莎，內面除了牛油果外，還有蕃茄、生菜、莎莎醬和忌廉芝士醬，這個組合很清新亦很適合夏天，加埋一杯冰涷的清檸梳打，頓時暑氣全消。
他們的bagel是本地手工製，無油，低糖，無防腐劑，加上他們會先將bagel烘熱，所以bagel外脆但仍保持bagel有點煙靭的特質。

Bagel 除了原味外，亦有多種口味選擇，有chia seed, sesame, poppy seed, jalapeño 等！
但那天我大概三時去到，有些味道的bagel 已售罄！
