呢間出名係食吉列日本和牛,所以我一坐低,就叫咗吉列日本A4牛柳定食。定食會包括漬物(酸蘿蔔)、白飯&椰菜絲(可以任添)、特製牛尾湯,相當豐富。坐係bar枱,就可以即時望住師傅即時製作,工序都頗多,要用鬆肉器按幾下、挑筋、上粉、上麵包糠。炸的時間都係岩岩好,令和牛內裏juicy,粉嫩色,外層蘇脆。咬下去係有濃濃的牛味滲出。醬汁可以點牛肉汁,加芝麻,幾好味。我再加多一隻海白虎蝦,大大隻,肉質鮮甜,彈牙。價錢中上,但會比番高質的食材,所以未去日本的朋友,可以係到食都一樣🤭
