今天在中環lunch, 來到四季堂餐見到已有人排隊但人數不算多,平時成日經過都未試肻今日決定一試。食物選擇不算很多,室內環境不大,坐得也有點擠迫。我選了滑蛋豬扒飯配凍檸茶,食物賣相很好,立即增強了我的食慾。但當我吃了之後覺得自己點錯了餐,原本我想試佢地嘅招牌茄牛通,呢個滑蛋豬扒飯塊豬扒有點乾,而且完全冇味,如果唔係有醬油調味我諗唔會食得落。最離譜係白飯,唔知廚師係咪只識煮通粉,白飯只有6-7成熟,每粒都好硬,因為趕時間關係只好照食,最攪笑係坐我隔離嘅食客都係叫滑蛋豬扒飯,佢仲同佢朋友講:「啲飯好似生生地」,令我哭笑不得。資料相片如下:
