Chilean Sea Bass +Nippon White Soup 鱸魚外皮香脆焦香而魚肉依然保持嫩滑, 伴以奶白魚湯是perfect match
Canton Style Braised Lamb Shank 呢個上到黎都有一下以為佢上錯,入口好似食緊中菜咁,因為用咗中式調味方式去處理羊肉,(我地覺得入口有係南乳味!)大家可以試試幾特別

用咗 mulled wine去燴煮雪梨,雪梨盡吸紅酒酒香與肉桂味道,完全係一試愛上!
